The estate, owned by the Pascal family, is known for its Clos du Cellier aux Moines in Givry. It owns a 27 ares parcel (vines planted in 1995) in the Premier Cru Beauregard benefiting from a very nice south-east exposure overlooking the village of Santenay. Its fine clay-limestone soil, resting on an oolitic limestone fault, gives the Chardonnay grape variety a character combining vivacity and length. Vinification and maturation in barrels.
A wine which develops generous and greedy aromas. In the mouth, this Santenay 1er Cru Beauregard 2015 is very deep. The finish reveals a beautiful sweetness and a nice balance thanks to a nice freshness. The wine is bound to evolve in a pleasant way with ageing.
