A Lager-style blond beer, made with 100% Pilsner malt and traditional Czech and German hops (Saaz, Perle, Tettnang, Hersbrucker).

On tasting, this Parisian craft beer has a clear color with good effervescence and a persistent foam. On the palate, delicate aromas are revealed thanks to the bottom fermentation.
