This brut Cava has nothing to be ashamed of when compared to many other sparkling wines.  Its fruitiness and freshness are matched only by its elegance.  Fine bubbles, well-structured and round.

Tasting notes: White fruit dominates the aromas.  The texture strikes the right balance between acidity and discreet sweetness.
