Trevelez ham deboned
This "grand cru" stemed from one of the older spanish consortium which since 1862 has produced the very best of spanish montain hams.
Its name is originated from Trevelez village where it comes from. Trevelez and Sierra Nevada Mountains, an outstanding place, 1750m above sea level, in the heart of a national park.
It profits of a PGI and our hams come from a special reserve justifying a 20 months minimum maturating GUARANTEED by a Regulatory council.
To be able to enjoy your boneless ham, we advise you to slice it by machine.
To do this, cut it into 4 or 6 pieces, place the piece in the slicer and slice it thinly (depending on your taste).
Store the pieces that you have not yet sliced by placing them individually in vacuum bags, or wrapped in cling film.
