Bellota ham deboned
Each ham has its own passport of total traceability. Because slicing a bone-in Bellota ham is a difficult art to acquire, we also offer a boneless version: the ham is simply boned and completely trimmed. It is then vacuum-packed while keeping its original shape.
To be able to enjoy your boneless ham, we advise you to slice it by machine.
To do this, cut it into 4 or 6 pieces, place the piece in the slicer and slice it thinly (depending on your taste).
Store the pieces that you have not yet sliced by placing them individually in vacuum bags, or wrapped in cling film.
