A totally natural product, rich in a tradition of more than 150 years.
Trevelez ham is matured for a minimum of 20 months, minimum ripening guaranteed by the Regulatory Council and which involves the entire profession. It is then sliced and vacuum sealed for perfect preservation of the ham petals.
