The dry chorizo selected by Bellota-Bellota® is produced in accordance with the tradition of La Rioja, a region in northern Spain renowned for this authentic charcuterie.
It is 100% natural, without additives and is made from the best cuts of meat and with quality ingredients:
- Pork shoulder and belly from Spain
- Lean pork from Spain
- Smoked paprika, PDO Murcia and PDO La Vera
The result is a tasty chorizo, firm on the outside and tender on the inside with a nice balance between fat and lean.
It can be eaten in the kitchen, in any type of preparation or simply on a board of Spanish charcuterie to be enjoyed “in tapas mode”.
