From all of the mono-varietal olive oils that we've tasted (pictual, picudo, bojiblanca, cornicabra, etc...) arbequina offers unparalleled finesse, balance and elegance.
It is harvested very early, at the start of November, in order to pick the olives when they have minimum acidity (our olive oil has acidity of below 0.2° when the standard for extra virgin olive oil in Cantalonia, to the south of Barcelona, directly from a harvesting co-operative.
