100% Arbequina extra virgin olive oil From all of the mono-varietal olive oils that we’ve tasted (picual, picudo, hojiblanca, cornicabra etc…), Arbequina offers unparalleled finesse, balance and elegance.
It is harvested very early, at the start of November, in order to pick the olives when they have minimum acidity (our olive oil has acidity of below 0.2° when the standard for extra virgin olive oil requires acidity of below 1°). We select this olive oil in Catalonia, to the south of Barcelona, directly from a harvesting co-operative.
