Unique and addictive, Prestige smoked salmon is unlike any other smoked salmon. Real wood (alder) is used to produce a natural, fragrant smoke. No electricity or computers are involved: only experience and time count here.
“Classic smoking” is the traditional method used to produce our Prestige smoked salmon. The smoked salmon is smoked once in our smokehouse for between 12 and 15 hours.
