San Vicente
75cl
A 100% Tempranillo Peludo red wine, a historic grape variety that has become very rare due to its low yield. The elaboration of San Vicente is carried out according to an artisanal process.
In the cellar, a second sorting of the beans is carried out, so that only the best beans from the best bunches are used. After fermentation, San Vicente will spend 20 months in new Bordeaux barrels of French (90%) and American (10%) oak.
