The Laya wines are planted between 700 and 1000 meters above sea level, on limestone soil. The climate is continental with little precipitation.
Each grape variety is fermented separately for 15 days at 25°C. Then, Laya is aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. A very elegant and balanced young wine, with lovely freshness.
