Bassus Pinot Noir
€49.85 TTC /L
This emblematic grape variety of Burgundy finds an original expression in these lands of south-eastern Spain.
Combining freshness, elegance and complexity, this wine aged for at least 10 months in new French oak barrels asserts a strong identity, displaying its particularism.
Tasting notes: A dominant of red fruits (cherry and blackcurrant) punctuated by spicy notes imparted by the passage in barrel. The wood nevertheless remains very discreet behind the freshness and complexity of the fruit, subtly revealing fine tannins.
Tasting temperature: Serve at 15-16°C
Pairing: Land/sea combinations, fish in sauce, Iberian cold meats, white meats, uncooked pressed cheeses.
