What you need to know:

In only a few months, it has stood out as a HUGE HIT within our collection. It's true that simple cooking in its own juices allows this octopus to retain a tender, moist and staggering texture.

Very lightly warmed (10 to 15 seconds in the microwave) then simply cut into thin fillets of 1 cm, it can be enjoyed with some accents of olive oil and a few flakes of fleur de sel.
