Grand winner of the 2021 World Gin Awards, this gin seduced the jury with its herbaceous and green attack on the nose. This is followed by aromas of lemongrass, lemon balm and even a hint of mint which continues on the palate with some notes of juniper. There is also an intriguing smoky note that makes this gin complex and deep.

Rectification water is mineral water from the Pyrenees.
