Churned in an old-fashioned and very traditional manner, all of our taramasalata are exclusively prepared using whole pouches of lightly smoked cod eggs from Iceland. Neither red nor black, all of our taramasalata are guaranteed to be free of colouring agents.
The Japanese Yuzu is a citrus fruit with an amazing array of incredibly subtle, elegant aromas, a mix of grapefruit and clementine. We blend it delicately into our raw colouring-free taramasalata.
The result is astounding for its balance and harmony, and definitely more-ish!
