Churned in an old-fashioned and very traditional manner, all of our taramas are exclusively prepared using whole pouches of lightly smoked cod eggs from Iceland. Neither red nor black, all of our taramas are guaranteed to be free of colouring agents.
A white tarama, since it contains no colouring agents, that has made quite a contribution to the company's reputation. Balanced, harmonious, flavourful. It melts in your mouth.
