The grapes come from old vineyards (about 40 years old), planted on terraces, located at an average altitude of 500 meters above sea level. The soils are calcareous and contain granite, which gives the wine a lot of minerals.
Avancia comes from a manual harvest, carried out using small crates to preserve the quality of the grapes. The wine is aged in French oak barrels, where it rests for 7 months.
A very rare grape variety that offers high quality wines. A wine with a round and very elegant mouthfeel.
