Moscatel

Moscatel is a natural sweet wine, made from the Muscat d’Alexandrie variety.

The Moscatel must is macerated at low temperature with the skins in order to extract as many aromas as possible. Then, alcohol is added to the wine until the desired sugar level is reached, then comes the bleeding phase. Finally, Moscatel is filtered and bottled as quickly as possible to obtain the maximum fruit flavor.

A wine full of balance and subtlety.
