La Caña
75cl
The vineyards, 50 years old, are cultivated on very sandy soils. The climate is quite humid.
The harvest is carried out manually, in 15kg boxes to preserve the quality of the grapes.
La Caña ferments partly in barrels and also in stainless steel tanks for approximately 5 months.
Albariño, a white grape variety from Galicia, produces a wine of great aromatic intensity.
Tasting notes: The influence of the Atlantic Ocean in the salinity, and a wine with very fresh, floral and white fruit notes.
Tasting temperature: Serve at 8-10°C
