Manzanilla Barbiana en rama

Of the 100% palomino variety, this manzanilla has been aged for approximately 4 years in American oak barrels salvaged along the way from this century-old winery.

Gold, shiny and bright.

On the nose, it presents a complex and very intense aromatic profile, with aromas typical of prolonged biological aging, where nuts, cereals, citrus fruits and aromatic herbs stand out.

On the palate it is dry, tasty and unctuous, which makes it very soft on the palate, while having a lot of volume and persistence.

Ideal with Bellota ham.
