Delivery time and payment method
Your order on www.bellota-bellota.com is approved when the company Bellota Bellota Retail has received the confirmation of payment.
We remind you that the secured payment of your order on our website can be made by credit card or by paypal. We do not accept any other payment methods for online orders on the website www.bellota-bellota.com.
The amount of the delivery fees is indicated at the end of your order according to the general terms and conditions (link).
Your order will be delivered at the address indicated in the “delivery address” area you have completed after the approval of your shopping cart.
Bellota Bellota Retail company will do its best to deliver your order within the shortest period of time after the confirmation and the approval of the payment, i.e. with a period of time between 3 days (counted in working days only) for a delivery in metropolitan France or in Corsica. This time can be extended to a week (seven days), depending on the level of our stocks.
Each order made at the end of the week (after Friday 10am), will be send from the next Monday to guarantee of the delivery of your order in the best possible conditions.
We draw your attention to the fact that the following delivery times can only be respected without postal service disruption or force majeur and depending on the availability of our products. During Christmas and New Years Eve or public holidays, these times are given for information purposes only and they are not binding.
Indeed, in case of delivery delays, Bellota Bellota Retail may be exempt from all or parts of its liability by giving the proof of the improper or non-performance of the contract either by the costumer, either to the fact, unpredictable and insurmountable of a third party to the contract, either in case of force majeur. The products stay the propriety of “BBT” until the entire payment of the order.
- Disponibility
Every order will be approved if the stocks are available. If we don’t have products in stocks after you order, we will inform you by e-mail or phone call as soon as we can. You could then ask to cancel the entire or a part of the order or to change the product(s) concerned.
- Delivery area
The Bellota Bellota Retail company make the delivery of the website orders www.bellota-bellota.com in metropolitan France and in Corsica, Belgium, Italy and Luxembourg.

Your order is protected if necessary by an isothermal package in order to keep all the gustative qualities. The deliveries of your orders are made by Chronopost from Monday to Friday, within 48 hours, working days, as soon as we receive the entire amount of the payment.
- Exceptional events and force majeur:
In the event of a strike by the postal services or any other exceptional event slowing down or preventing the delivery of packages (snowstorm, terror attacks, wars…) Bellota Bellota Retail will make sure to inform the client of the state of the shipment of the parcel, but can not be held responsible for the delays caused.

For orders over €150: free delivery*

For an order from 0 to €300.00: €26.00 including tax*

This service ensures the recording of the temperature from the pick-up of the packages to the delivery for a successful tasting. Thanks to the Predict tool, you are informed of the progress of your delivery by email or sms. In case of absence, you can reschedule your delivery or make it available in one of their agencies. These are all equipped with cold rooms to keep your products at the required temperature.
