Alaya Tierra

An almost black color for this certainly disconcerting and perhaps bewitching wine!  The body envelops the wine in a subtle interplay of power and velvet, sweetness and freshness.  The quintessence of Grenache!

Tasting notes: Very ripe black fruits, woody and balsamic notes.

Serving temperature: 14-16°C

Pairings: Big game, Meat stews, Prime rib, Blue cheeses, Torta de Cañarejal, and try it with a bitter chocolate dessert!
