Prieto Pariente La Provincia was designed to demonstrate the richness and diversity of wine that exists in the province of Valladolid. For the production of La Provincia, the grapes ferment spontaneously in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation, part in stainless steel tanks and the other part in barrels.
The wine is aged for eleven months in used French oak barrels of 225 and 500 litres. La Provincia is a young and fresh wine.
