This pure product of Provence was born in sunny Hyères, with its feet almost in the water... At the heart of an exceptional 20-hectare vineyard and a unique terroir, that of the Sauvebonne valley, on the edge of the Maures forest. To honor this emblematic appellation, it is organically grown!

Tasting notes

Beautiful aromas of citrus and wild berries. An explosion of flavors on the palate. The expressive aromatic palette is enhanced by its freshness!

Grape varieties 

This is an idyllic blend of four grape varieties: Grenache with its spicy aromas; Syrah, which gives it a fruity je-ne-sais-quoi that others don't have; Cinsault, which is the finesse you'd recognize in a thousand wines; and Mourvèdre, which gives it structure and unconditional freshness.
