Aquavit BB La Cave

Aquavit is an alcohol of Scandinavian origin that takes its name from the Latin “aquavitae”: water of life.

Aquavitae BB La cave offers a very fresh attack then develops aromas of fresh lemon zest. Then comes the vegetal character of dill, delicately minty, as well as the camphor note of caraway. The finish remains on the caraway, both candied lemon and slightly aniseed.

This vegetal and fresh aquavit sublimates cocktails and will surprise you in combination with smoked fish.

Rectification water is mineral water from the Pyrenees.

Made in France, in Biarritz.

We recommend serving it very chilled in a chilled glass.
