Bellota ? Pata Negra ? Ibérico ? Let’s clear up all these terms and focus on the black gold of the Iberian Peninsula, the famous and delicious 100% Iberian Bellota pig!

A journey to the heart of the dehesa and the exceptional particularities of this pig through a tasting of 8 pieces from the latter: ham, Paleta, Lomo, Lomito, Chorizo, Pluma, Presa and Ribs. Spanish wines, pan con tomate and sheep's cheese will accompany this tasting.

Three hours of discovery, exchanges and taste emotions, in an intimate atmosphere in a small group of 8 people under the vaults of the Bellota-Bellota® cellar nestled in the heart of the 7th arrondissement.
