Trevélez and the Sierra Nevada, an exceptional environment at an altitude of 1750m in the heart of a natural park.
An authentic product, rich in a tradition of more than 150 years.
Trevélez ham is matured for a minimum of 20 months, minimum ripening guaranteed by the Regulatory Council and which involves the entire profession. It is then sliced and vacuum sealed for perfect preservation of the ham petals.
