Rosé Solo Centifolia
The grapes come from 30-year-old vineyards with calcareous, stony soils. Its name comes from the rose "Centifolia", which means "hundred-leaved rose". Rose bushes are planted in front of the rows of vines to alert of the arrival of certain bacteria.
Solo Centifolia is a fresh wine with a pleasant silky and lingering aftertaste.
