A journey to the heart of the dehesa and the exceptional particularities of this pig through a tasting of ham, delicatessen and meats from the latter. Spanish wines, pan con tomate and sheep's cheese will accompany this tasting.
Three hours of discovery, exchanges and taste emotions, in an intimate atmosphere in a small group of 8 people under the vaults of the Bellota-Bellota® cellar nestled in the heart of the 7th arrondissement.
